THE CHALLENGE

One of our clients acquired an IT Park but was not able to instigate any brand recall to their end user. Furthermore, the IT Park had multiple design and technical flaws as well as no common amenities. It was turning out to be challenging for our client to lease space and attract brands.

THE SOLUTION

OS2 first initiated a survey with the decision makers of leased businesses in the property. Based on their valued feedback did work start on rectifying possible technical and design flaws, cost effectively in record time. After this was done, basic amenities such as cafeterias and recreational areas were built. Key locations for ambient branding were also spotted and developed.

RESULT

The asset and lease value increased rapidly as well as brand recall. All of this also ensured 99% occupancy with a higher rental value. The client was highly impressed with the services provided.
